Leaving Certificate Requirements
- Applicants presenting an Irish Leaving Certificate are typically required to achieve six recognised subjects at O6/H7 or higher, including English and Maths. Applicants may also be eligible for admission through one of the following pathways: A QQI Level 5 Major Award or equivalent qualification An Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Level 4 qualification or comparable professional qualification Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) based on relevant prior study or qualifications Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) based on significant industry experience
- Applicants may be eligible for advanced entry to Year 2 or later stages of the programme based on prior qualifications, professional qualifications or relevant industry experience. Examples may include: IWFM Level 4 qualifications Comparable professional qualifications Relevant Level 6, Level 7 or Level 8 qualifications Prior higher education study relevant to workplace and facilities management Advanced entry applications are assessed individually through the admissions process and may be subject to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) requirements.

- Applicants whose first language is not English may be required to provide evidence of English language proficiency.
