Programme summary
This course enables participants to practically apply workforce management techniques; from strategic workforce planning effectiveness and workforce planning process. Participants will also develop critical awareness of labour market forces, merging techniques, integrated approaches and how to effectively implement possible workforce management solutions for their organisation with all this in mind.
