- 8 to 12 months part-time. This programme is delivered on a part-time basis for client organisations in accordance with their specific requirements. The programme can be delivered onsite in their organisation, on campus in UCC, online or a combination of any of these modes. Work-based learning and mentoring is also utilised in the programmes to ensure the swift transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace.
Programme summary
This innovative programme aims to create a standardised level of knowledge and skills for people in similar roles within one organisation in terms of understanding individual, team, and organisational behaviour and how this impacts performance.
Entry requirements
Applications will be accepted from candidates who: Are over 21 years of age by 1 January of the year of application Hold a level 6 qualification or equivalent. AND Hold a level 6 qualification or equivalent. OR Have a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience as deemed appropriate by the programme Academic Director RPL: Applications are also welcome from candidates who do not meet the prescribed academic entry requirements, but who can demonstrate sufficient prior experiential learning as deemed relevant and appropriate by the programme team in accordance with UCC’s policy on RPL (examples may include but are not exclusive to supervisory, team leadership, and people management experience).
