Turas

The aim of TURAS Programme is to provide people who have mental health difficulties and who experience a high level of social and community isolation with the opportunity to develop the confidence and key personal and social skills to improve the quality of their lives, make independent and informed choices regarding their lives and to explore recreational and social opportunities in their community.
