Programme summary
The Training Needs Identification and Design (6N3325) course is a QQI Level 6 minor award. While all areas of the Systematic Training cycle are studied, the course will concentrate on the first 2 stages of the Training Cycle – Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and planning and designing the programme of delivery. Participants will be able to identify the training needs of learners and organisations and ultimately design relevant training programmes to meet these needs.
