This course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge, skills, and competence required to identify training needs, and to design, deliver, assess, and evaluate effective training programmes across a variety of workplace and education settings.

To enrol in this course, learners must meet the standards of knowledge, skills, and competence associated with the preceding level of the National Framework of Qualifications. Ideally a minimum of Level 5 certificate standard of education or base qualification on which to use the training qualification. Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as computer literacy skills, are essential. Students undertaking Level 6 courses are expected to demonstrate proficiency in reading, drafting, preparing, and comprehending information across various topics. Basic IT skills and access to necessary equipment such as a computer, broadband, email, Microsoft Office, and recording equipment are required for skills demonstration tasks. Additionally, learners must be capable of self-directed study as this course is delivered through blended learning.
