Programme summary

The Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) course is a QQI Level 6 minor award. While all areas of the Systematic Training cycle are studied, the course will concentrate on the final 2 stages of the Training Cycle – the delivery and development of a programme and the role of evaluation and feedback within a programme. Participants will learn how to confidently deliver a dynamic training programme that centres on the learners’ needs and learning outcomes, as well as how to effectively evaluate this training.
