Theatre Studies Performance

The Theatre Performance course has been providing excellence in drama training for over 30 years. The acting courses at Inchicore College are designed to provide a dynamic and empowering approach to acting and musical theatre training for all students interested in a career in professional theatre, film and television.

Minimum Entry Requirements Leaving Certificate: O6/H7 in 5 subjects including an O6/H7 in English or Leaving Certificate Applied or QQI Level 4 or equivalent. Practical relevant experience in Theatre Performance will be considered. Mature applicants who have relevant experience and may not meet the above entry requirements are welcome to apply. Interview and Audition Admittance to this course is by means of interview and audition. The audition requires two learned monologues from published plays and a song. Candidates may also be asked to participate in a workshop.
