- 1 year part-time online delivery. Recommended Study Hours per week The programme consists of a weekly on-line lecture and tutorial. As this programme is delivered to academics and professionals in full time employment, lectures are recorded and uploaded to the class Moodle page at the beginning of the week which allows opportunity for students to listen to the lecture at times suitable to their work- load. Tutorials are live on Thursday evenings at 7pm. On-Campus Attendance Requirement: No on-campus attendance required. Note: Check programme Examination and Assessment requirements, as they may involve examinations to be taken on campus.
Programme summary
This course is designed to support learners to adopt an inquiry-based approach to exploring challenges in teaching and learning in higher education.
Entry requirements
Honours degree (Level 8), with evidence of a 2:2 or higher. The programme is intended for those currently engaged with teaching, tutoring or training groups of students/participants in the University and could, therefore, review their courses/ programmes and look for evidence of student learning. The minimum academic entry requirement is an undergraduate degree or equivalent. For Professional Staff – As an integral component of assessments involves inclusive improvements that are captured within the feedback process, the applicants Head of Department must identify an academic for participant to link with to access students. This form must be signed by the HoD and included with the Support to Study form.
