Programme summary
For Professionals Who are responsible for or actively engaged in organisational improvement and development through the use of quality management. For those who wish to develop a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practical application of quality management tools and techniques. This programme is suitable for anyone who seeks recognition as a Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma.
Entry requirements
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8,) with at least a 2.2 (second class honours, grade 1) in any discipline and at least three years of relevant work experience. If you have completed the Professional Diploma in Lean Systems and/or Six Sigma, you can be enrolled directly to Year 2 of the programme and complete the Enterprise Improvement Project in one year. Other Entry Considerations: We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet the standard entry requirements, as long as you can show that you have the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for the programme.
