The programme focuses on developing expertise in key areas such as ethics and sustainability, employee engagement, leadership and the effective use of technology in Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Graduates will be prepared to lead talent management initiatives, fostering positive workplace cultures and enhancing overall organisational performance in a dynamic business environment.

A Bachelor of Business in Talent Management or An approved Level 7 qualification in a cognate discipline or Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) Please review the academic entry requirements for this programme.
