Strategic Human Resources - Athlone

This programme provides students with the opportunity to develop a theoretical, evidence-based approach to strategic people management, with a focus on practical application across different organisational contexts and industries. Students will learn to design and manage strategy, enhance advanced people management skills, and have a unique opportunity to deepen personal effectiveness and business acumen.

This course is designed for participants with Human Resources or People Management experience who are looking to take the next step in their career to a Senior People Management role. Applicants are required to hold a minimum of an Honour’s Level Degree (Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent. TUS Midlands operate a Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning scheme which means that non graduates with considerable relevant work experience and other prior qualifications may be considered for the course. A short interview will form part of the application decision.
