This new programme will provide learners with a strong foundation in the discipline areas of performance, health and well-being. Students will study topics such as coaching, sports and exercise nutrition, and leadership and technology.

Higher Certificate (Level 6) and Ordinary Degree (Level 7) 5 Leaving Cert. subjects @ grade O6/H7 or better Subjects must include either English or Irish. Mathematics is a required subject. Minimum points score of 160 points
