Social Studies - Applied - Mature Students

This is a broad academic introduction to social studies. As an access programme this course caters particularly to those who wish to progress to Higher Education or further professional training.

Students must be at least 23 years of age for the Mature Student Stream Applicants who are eligible for VTOS / BEA (Back to Education Allowance) Student should contact the Liberties College VTOS co-ordinator to discuss the options available. General College Entry Requirements You should be at least 16 years of age. Leaving Certificate / Leaving Certificate Applied standard Level 4 Major award Individual courses may have specific additional requirements. These will be outlined in the course descriptions for each course. Relevant work experience or training will be considered.
