Self Assembly of nucleic acids G-quadruplexes using Molecular Dynamics simulations - Research

The overarching objective is to elucidate the thermodynamic and kinetic principles underpinning GQ stability and transition states. The rationale is that combining high-resolution MD simulations with experimental validation will provide unprecedented insights into the mechanisms of GQ dynamics, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting these structures.
