Duration: 4 months full-time. Delivery Students will undertake an element of their learning on-line (80%), via primarily asynchronous (and some synchronous) modes. These will include lectures, online resources and workshops.

Programme summary

This 10 credit programme aims to explore the similarities and differences in the psychotherapeutic offerings in relation to young people’s mental health. The student will be introduced to the following approaches; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Therapy.

Candidates must have a Level 8 qualification in a cognate discipline.
