Property economics is concerned with all aspects of property: investment, asset management, development, valuation and research, with a focus on finance and the commercial property market sector.
Entry requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements? This programme is designed primarily to support PSRA licensed agents to develop their careers in real estate, valuations and investment markets. We invite entries to years 3 and year 4 of the programme. Year 3 Entrants Level 6 Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate, Valuation, Sale & Management programme from TU Dublin or equivalent. Other applicants will be considered based on their experience in the industry and/or possession of a property related undergraduate qualification. Consideration for the particular year of entry will depend on the level of the course qualification attained by the applicant i.e. Higher Certificate, Ordinary Degree and Honours Degree etc. Year 4 Entrants Level 7 Bachelor of Sciences in Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency or equivalent. Other applicants will be considered based on their experience in the industry and/or possession of a property related undergraduate qualification. Consideration for the particular year of entry will depend on the level of the course qualification attained by the applicant i.e. Ordinary Degree, Honours Degree, Masters, etc.
