Programme summary

The objective of this Certificate programme is to support learners in the area of personal, professional and well-being development. In particular, it seeks to create an awareness within the learner of the importance of reflecting on how they engage in the modern workplace. At its core, it seeks to cause learners to be open to change, while also motivating learners to acquire new skills and competencies, that will be beneficial to themselves and their organisation, should they identify the desire to do so.

Entry requirements

Minimum Entry Requirements Mature Applicants (i.e over 23 years) or Leaving Certificate Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the leaving certificate. Two of these subjects must be mathematics and a language (English or Irish) or QQI Level 5 Full award with a minimum of eight modules or Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) Please review the academic entry requirements for this programme.
