Programme summary

This full time one-year course is designed to give students an opportunity to explore aspects of the field of science.

Entry requirements

Leaving Certificate with a combination of 5 O6/H7’s or its equivalent with at least one science subject and a minimum entry requirement of Ordinary Level Maths. Abbeyleix FETC welcomes applications from mature students. Applicants are assessed on relevant life and work experience. Successful completion of interview, Maths and English Language assessment (where English is not first language).
