Pre-Apprenticeship in Construction & Engineering Technology

This practical, hands-on course introduces you to the core skills, tools, and techniques used in the construction industry. You will learn through real projects in wood fabrication, building services, hard landscape construction, and renewable energy systems, while developing essential workplace skills in health and safety, communication, and personal effectiveness.

Applicants should hold a Leaving Certificate, LCA, LCVP, or QQI Level 4 qualification. An interest in construction, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to develop practical skills are essential. While previous experience is an advantage, enthusiasm, reliability, and a hands-on attitude are what matter most. Mature applicants are very welcome.
