Programme summary

This one-year full time course will equip the learner with the vocational skills and knowledge they developed in the level 5 programme and progress to a higher standard of technical ability and conceptual thinking. Students will explore various photographic categories like Portraiture, Still Life Photography, Fine Art Photography, along with Advertising Photography and Personal and Professional Development. Students will have the opportunity to work with large format cameras and explore darkroom practices.

Entry requirements

Education: NFQ Level 5 in a relevant discipline when accessing a Level 6 programme.
