Entry requirements
- Applicants must be employed as Public Health Nurses in clinical practice or in a management role while undertaking the programme.
- The programme is open to graduates who have completed the Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Public Health) in UCD in the last 5 years. The programme is also open to graduates who have completed the Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Public Health) in UCD who have completed a level 9 10 ECTS credit research module within the last 5 years. The programme is open to graduates who have completed the Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Public Health) in UCD in the last 5 years. The programme is also open to graduates who have completed the Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Public Health) in UCD who have completed a level 9 10 ECTS credit research module within the last 5 years. Applicants must be employed as PHNs at time of application and for the duration of the programme. You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), as UCD recognises formal, informal, and/or experiential learning. RPL may be awarded to gain Admission and/or credit exemptions on a programme.
