Nursing - Non-EU Applicants

The MSc in Nursing is a full time programme tailored specifically for non-EU students.

Applicants for the MSc in Nursing (Non-EU) should meet the following requirements: Hold active registration on a division of the professional register maintained by the Nursing Board/Statutory Body in your own country. Have a minimum of six months relevant post-registration clinical experience. Hold a primary degree in nursing (Minimum 2nd class honours standard) OR hold a Higher/Postgraduate Diploma in the relevant nursing area; If your first language is not English, you must provide current evidence (within 2 years) of Minimum English Language proficiency - the list of UCC-approved English language qualifications are available here on the UCC English Language Requirements page. All required documentation must be submitted for the application to be processed, and all supporting documentation must be submitted by the closing date. Where relevant, applicants must present an English language proficiency test/certificate that meets the English language proficiency requirements, for the application to be considered. Note: Entry to this programme is highly competitive, and any documentation submitted after the closing date will not be considered. For Applicants with Qualifications Completed Outside of Ireland Applicants must meet the required entry academic grade, equivalent to Irish requirements.
