Programme summary

This programme aims to equip participants with enhanced competence and understanding of neurodiversity. The complex way in which interactions either impede or positively influence individuals’ strengths and societal participation is examined.

Entry requirements

Applicants should

  • Hold an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Education, Human Resource Management, Leadership or cognate areas
  • Possess an equivalent professional qualification, or
  • Have relevant clinical experience in mental health, education, social care. You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), as UCD recognises formal, informal, and/or experiential learning. RPL may be awarded to gain Admission and/or credit exemptions on a programme.
