Music

Studying music opens the door to diverse career opportunities in areas such as performance, music education, sound production (both live and in studio), festival organising, marketing and promoting events and many other roles in the arts.

It is desirable that applicants have participated in primary and post primary education. Applicants should be able to demonstrate some skills relevant to the course, and the ability to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies set out in the course. Be able to work with responsibility and demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative. Applicants must complete an informal interview to determine suitability for the course.
