Programme summary
The aim of this programme is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence required to independently and under supervision carry out diagnostic, maintenance and installation procedures on electronic and mechanical components utilised within the motor technology sector and or to progress to further or higher education or training.
Entry requirements
Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied. For mature students (over 23) these requirements need not apply and applications will be considered based on a proven interest in the motor trade. Places are limited and entry is subject to interview.
