Make-Up

The main aim of the VTCT (ITEC) Level 2 Certificate in Make-up is to enable learners to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide make-up treatments to the general public and to gain employment in the make-up industry.

Entry Requirements

• Learner Age - Minimum statutory school leaving age (16+)
• Aptitude - Not necessary but any previous experience in a salon would be an advantage.
• Previous Experience - Not necessary but any previous experience in a salon would be an advantage. Important Note: Applicants whose first language is not English, require a minimum English language and literacy competency of B2 in reading, writing, listening and speaking on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL) and may be required to complete an English language test.
