Life Sciences & Production Operations - Traineeship

The aim of this course is to provide the learners with the knowledge, skill and competence to undertake fluid transfer related tasks, interpret and use PFD's and P&ID's and operate process control equipment complying with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and controls in the life sciences industry.

Education: Applicants seeking entry to the course must have achieved a minimum of a QQI Level 4 Major Award or its equivalent prior to entry to the course. ECDL or equivalent desirable. Aptitude: Good numerical and communication skills are essential including verbal and written command of the English language. Previous Experience: N/A Learners must have good verbal and written command of the English language. The ability to correctly interpret and respond to written and verbal instruction is essential for both the assessment and tuition elements of this programme.
