Programme summary

This City & Guilds Level 3 course covers a wide range of modules designed to develop core management skills including how to organise and delegate, skills in communication, team leadership, change, innovation and managing working relationships.

Entry Requirements

  • Learner Age - 18 years + - Mature candidates with previous work experience desirable.
  • Aptitude - Suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management or managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
  • Previous Experience - This programme is suitable for candidates who have management responsibilities but no formal training but are serious about developing their leadership and management skills. Refugees/International Protection Applicants & other non-EU/EEA/Swiss UK nationals living in Ireland will be required to provide evidence of the following:
  • GNIB Stamp 4 Visa or
  • Labour Market Letter & Current Temporary Residence Card
