- Timing - ILM Leadership and Management Level 6 Certificate is taken over an additional 7 evenings after the 4 evenings of the Level 5 Award - 11 evenings in total – one evening per week. In-House Version: Alternatively we can run the Certificate course with you on a one-to-one basis over 3 days after the Award, and we can agree these to suit your diary at your premises/home. Distance/e-Learning Version: You can take all stages of the course by distance/e-learning where we provide you with online access to the course materials, agree a study plan with you and provide you with ongoing tutorial support to help you to complete your assignments to the required standard.
