This programme is for professionals who wish to differentiate their skill set, open new consultancy specialisms within their organisation, want to respond when impacted by the interface between legal and regulatory governance and new technologies. This programme is for students who wish to achieve a postgraduate qualification to enhance their career opportunities, Provide informed responses to challenges in legal, compliance and governance roles in law, aviation, social media, technology consultant, privacy consultant, business advisor, financial advisor, data and cybersecurity advisor.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) with at least a second-class honours, grade 2 (2:2) in law or a primary degree in which the legal component accounts for at least 50% of the whole programme. The university may shortlist and invite you to an interview. Other Entry Considerations: We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet the standard entry requirements, as long as you can show that you have the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for the programme.
