In this course, you’ll develop skills of analysis, research and communication, a well-honed capacity for problem-solving, an appreciation of the complex relationship between law and society, and how law can both help and hinder the resolution of social problems. You can examine the operation of the criminal justice system, consider how the law should respond to new technologies or carry out research for an NGO on real-world problems.
