International Hospitality and Tourism Management

This course provides students with the opportunity to study contemporary modules in e-business, web design, media planning, food and drink tourism, procurement and tourism planning and policy.  Students will undertake a six month professional internship in Ireland or with international partners of the college department abroad. Additionally, students will be able to study French, German, or Spanish thereby maximising their employability.
