Programme summary

The aim of the Structured PhD in Electronic Engineering is to provide the student with an opportunity to carry out a significant body of research work with support from the structured module component of the programme. The programme will offer both academic modules to enhance the student's specialist knowledge, and transferable skills modules. These modules will add significantly to the PhD experience by broadening the skill base of the candidate.

Entry requirements

Applicants will be considered based on academic merits as well as *English language proficiency: Applicants are expected to hold an honours degree at 2:1 level or above (or international equivalent) in an appropriate subject.
