Human Service Compliance Management

To participate in this Level 6 programme, the Certificate in Human Service Compliance Management, students must be working in a human service environment for at least 10 hours per week as a team member/manager/PIC/PPIM. This is vital to the applied nature of the programme. The programme aims to provide participants with knowledge on the origins and rationale for regulations; how to prepare for and engage positively with inspections as well as an understanding and development of the necessary competencies required to abide by employment law when it comes to managing staff.
