- 1 year full-time/2 years part-time online. Delivery Method: Blended. Study Hours: Completion of a Masters degree requires significant commitment of time and effort. Full-time students can expect to attend approximately 12 hours of classes each week and it is recommended that students are prepared to commit another 24 hours for independent study. Part-time students should expect to commit half that amount of time. On-Campus Attendance Most modules have on-site hours, one module is taught fully online and some modules are blended.
Programme summary
This programme is designed to give learners an interdisciplinary perspective on the management of people in organisations and to develop a distinctive combination of skills, knowledge and competencies around HRM & ER practice.
Entry requirements
Applicants must hold a cognate Level 8 degree with a minimum grade classification of H2.2 or equivalent. Applicants with other qualifications and with relevant work experience may also be considered through ATU’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
