Hospitality Operations - Traineeship

The aim of this programme is to enable the learner to develop knowledge, skills and competence in the art of hospitality, and to work independently under supervision in a range of key areas in a hospitality enterprise. This full time programme is designed to provide learners with the necessary skills and techniques including Accommodation Techniques, Reception Skills, Food & Beverage Service and Restaurant Skills.
