Horticulture - Work Practice

This module will equip the learner with the knowledge skill and competence to work in an organization or specific vocational context, carrying out vocationally related tasks over a period of time, independently, while under general supervision.

*Please note: Successful completion of 6 other modules is mandatory for component students to participate in Work Practice.

• Student must be aged 17 or over on January 1st following entry to the course
• Horticulture can be a physically demanding career path
• Applicants should have a keen interest in learning and working in horticulture
• Teagasc supports access for students with disabilities.
