Our QQI Level 5 GP Practice Assistant course provides the essential skills and knowledge required to thrive in a busy GP practice environment.
Entry requirements
Leaving Certificate or QQI Level 4, or equivalent standard of education. LOETB Abbeyleix welcomes applications from mature students. Applicants are assessed on relevant life and work experience. All applicants must attend an interview. Where English is not an applicants first language, an online assessment may be required. GARDA VETTING At the start of the course students are requested to complete the Garda Vetting process. Completing this process and receiving clearance is a mandatory requirement for work placement.
