Programme summary

Students will develop an appreciation for sustainable gastronomy, understand the importance of ethical food sourcing and local ingredients, and embrace contemporary food trends. They will develop key skills in food product development and food entrepreneurship, leading to exciting career opportunities.

Higher Certificate (Level 6) and Ordinary Degree (Level 7) 5 Leaving Cert. subjects @ grade O6/H7 or better Subjects must include either English or Irish. Mathematics is a required subject. Minimum points score of 160 points
