Programme summary
The Computing Fundamentals Software Development programme has been updated to reflect the latest skills requirements of major ICT companies in Ireland. TU Dublin places over 80 students into the ICT sector every year and this course reflects feedback from industry collaborators and the increasingly diverse technological landscape.
Entry requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements? If you are under 23 years old on 1 January you must have achieved Grade D3 in five Leaving Certificate subjects, including Mathematics and English or Irish or a FETAC Level 5 qualification or equivalent unless otherwise stated. That is 5 subjects: O6/H7, English or Irish: O6/H7 and Mathematics: O6/H7, or better to apply for this course. A mature student must be over 23 years on 1st January of year of application. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English.
