Formal Family Meetings - A Structured Approach to Communication in Palliative Care

Eligible to attend: Healthcare Professionals. The aim of this education programme is to foster and support sound clinical practice in the participation or holding of Family Meetings with a patient who has a life limiting illness. It is designed to assist the healthcare professional to gain a deeper understanding of the significance of family, family dynamics and effective communication in difficult circumstances.
