The Culinary Arts Traineeship is for candidates who are looking to start or develop their careers in Hospitality.

Education: Junior Certificate or equivalent Aptitude: An interest in working in the hospitality industry Previous Experience: None required Applicants who come from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) must have a Stamp 4 or a Labour Market Permissions Letter to undertake a Training Course with Cork College of FET - Bishopstown Campus. A good standard of both written and spoken English, at ESOL Level B1, is essential to attend this course as Learners must complete both written and practical assessments as part of the course.
