Equine Studies with BHS Qualification

Studying equine studies provides a solid foundation for careers in diverse settings such as veterinary clinics, equestrian facilities, and racing organizations.

It is desirable that applicants have participated in primary and post primary education. Have a basic knowledge of horse care and riding and the ability to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies set out in the course. Be able to work with responsibility and demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative. Applicants must complete an informal interview to determine suitability for the course.
