English Language with Employability Skills

The course aims to provide students with the necessary skills and qualifications to improve their English language, numerical and digital skills in order to progress into higher level courses or employment. The course is structured to provide students with a high standard of training leading to the full QQI Level 3 Employability Skills Award.

Applicants who wish to attend ESOL (English language) classes in Balbriggan or Rush must attend an initial assessment in Balbriggan first. This 2-hour session enables us to assess each applicant's English language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) and offer them a class that best suits their level. All applicants will be contacted directly about the next assessment date and time. Adults 18 and over can apply for this course to improve their English Language Skills and gain additional skills for employment opportunities.
