Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Athlone

The course will equip our students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical expertise demanded by leading global employers to work in this constantly evolving field. In the third year of the course, students undertake a mandatory six-month work placement, giving students valuable industry experience.

Grade H5 at higher level in two subjects, plus Grade O6/H7 in four other subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be mathematics and a language (English or Irish)
