Engineering - General Entry - Blanchardstown

Are you unsure which engineering niche is right for you? You may need time to figure this out. This Common Entry course offers a mix of electronic, electrical, computer, robotics and mechanical. You can sample core engineering modules in first year so that you can decide which area of engineering you enjoy most before choosing the area you want to pursue in subsequent years. On successful completion of the course, students will have the mathematical and scientific basis to successfully enter the second year of seven different Level 7 discipline-specific courses.

Irish Leaving Certificate Minimum No of Subjects: 5 Minimum Grade in: Maths: O6/H7 English or Irish: O6/H7 2nd Year Options: Computer Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
