Engineering - Doctorate - Qualifier Module

This module PP8001 aims to introduce students to the requirements of a Professional Doctorate (Engineering) - PDEng . It is aimed at those who have an interest in starting doctoral level studies related to their professional practice. During this module, students will prepare a Research Proposal Portfolio which they will submit and present to an Academic Board.

Note: as a preparatory programme for the PDEng, the same entry requirements apply Candidates would typically hold a 2.1 honours degree in a relevant area and five years’ experience.
