End of Life Conversations with people who are experiencing homelessness

Target Audience: Healthcare professionals. The aim of course is to explore key strategies and communication skills when engaging in end-of-life and death and dying conversations with persons who experience homelessness. The resources include a mixture of animation, podcast, and role play video (H5P content), demonstrating appropriate responses but also potential blockers to end of life conversations.
