Education - School Leadership

This one-year Master of Education in School Leadership (MESL) programme is specifically designed for those who have completed a recognised level-9 Postgraduate Diploma in the field of educational leadership, management and administration.

Applicants should have successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma (NFQ Level 9) in School Leadership or equivalent with at least a second-class honour, grade 2 (2:2). You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. The university may shortlist and invite you to an interview. Other Entry Considerations: We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet the standard entry requirements, as long as you can show that you have the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for the programme.
